School Food Service Manager needed for food service program. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7 hours daily, 7 am to 2 pm. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off. ServSafe® certification a plus.
The ideal candidate is a hands on manager with a passion for cooking. You will need to thrive working in a small fast-paced environment.
- Over see the operation on a daily basis.
- Serving, food prep,etc.
- Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
- Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
- Complete production records
- Over see staffing needs.
