Manufacturing Operator
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $24.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time |
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Swing Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join a high‑performing production team responsible for assembling complex, high‑quality systems in a clean, secure facility. What You’ll Do
Follow established procedures and work instructions to unpack, prepare, install, and assemble components
Assemble complex units, sub‑assemblies, and large server systems on a production line
Precisely integrate computer and electronic components into chassis
Transport materials between production, warehouse, and staging areas
Unpack, move, and package materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Install brackets, rails, labels, and small components using hand tools and power screwdrivers
Label cables to rack specifications using cable-labeling machines
Perform product inspections, document results, and enter data into quality systems
Complete daily audits and verify proper tool torque and calibration
Provide hands‑on training and support to team members as needed
Perform additional tasks to help meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
Electronic assembly experience, including large servers or complex components
Proficiency using hand tools and power tools for assembly, wiring, and labeling
Ability to read and follow schematics, work instructions, and assembly documentation
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with manufacturing and quality documentation
Additional Qualifications
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders
Experience using cable-labeling machines
Demonstrated ability to consistently follow verbal and written instructions
Strong manual dexterity and exceptional attention to detail
Team‑focused mindset with clear communication skills

Work Environment
The role is based in a high-security, clean manufacturing facility that handles electronic and server components. You will work on your feet for extended periods, often standing throughout the shift while performing assembly, cabling, and inspections. The environment includes electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls to protect sensitive equipment, so you will follow ESD procedures and use appropriate protective gear as required. The production area can be loud at times, and ear protection is provided and may be required. Work involves regular lifting and moving of materials and components, as well as the use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders to complete rack and server assemblies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
