What You’ll Work On
Project Management Support
Assist with job setup, scheduling, and internal coordination
Track timelines, deliverables, and customer requirements
Estimating & Costing
Support estimating for flexible packaging projects
Learn materials, printing processes, and production economics
Customer Service & Account Support
Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production
Help manage orders, changes, and ongoing communication
ERP Implementation & Process Improvement
Support ERP rollout and optimization
Help document workflows, clean data, and improve internal systems
General Operations Support
Jump in where needed—manufacturing, admin, quality, or logistics
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
Curious, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Basic Excel / data skills (advanced is a plus)
Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or operations
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with the right attitude
