Duties

Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during preparation and packaging

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including tools, equipment, and workstations

Support catering events or restaurant service as needed, providing excellent customer service
Experience

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a French bakery environment

Strong skills in cake decorating, baking, and food handling techniques

Experience with food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices

Knowledge of culinary arts related to the food industry, including food preparation, packaging, and presentation

Previous experience in a French bakery is highly desirable
