Premier screen and digital printing company south of Chicago is busy. The owner is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead and direct a team of internal account managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage inside sales/account management team, front end office, and order entry.
- Assist inside sales staff/account managers in client follow up, bidding process, and upselling accounts.
- Employee training and mentoring experience.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Bridge communication between inside sales and shipping and receiving departments.
- Delegate orders to inside account managers.
- Work closely with Manufacturing Operations Manager.
- Work closely with the owner acting as his right hand manager.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience managing customer service/inside sales or account management teams.
- Personal sales and upselling account experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent team building skills.
- Experience training and mentoring employees.
- General knowledge of the printing industry; screen, digital and/or offset required.
- Solid project management skills.
- Able to review and delegate work loads.
- Proficient on MSO.
- Working knowledge of MIS system a plus.

Starting salary range $75,000 - $85,000 + commissions, benefits, and relocation assistance.
