About The Role
My client is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales / Business Development Specialist. You'll drive profitable business growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's success.
What You'll Do
- Drive Business Growth: Cultivate relationships, generate leads, and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Face-to-Face: Meet clients, pitch services, and secure profitable deals.
- Industry Presence: Represent company in trade associations and networking events.
- Marketing: Shine at tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events, both during and beyond office hours, and maximize your social presence.
- Sales Goals: Achieve ambitious targets through client meetings, calls, and networking.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years in outside sales, with a track record of building profitable client relationships.
- Networking: You thrive at evening functions at least 2x/week.
- Driven Attitude: Valid driver's license and a team-first minds
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Pay
- This is a commissions based position, percentage of commission and or salary commiserate upon experience.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, driving, phone calls and computer use. Will be expected to work with a diverse group of individuals with varying levels of skills and needs.
