You must have:
- Worked live wholesale seller leads
- Run seller calls and negotiated contracts
- Underwritten deals using ARV, MAO, repair estimates
- Sent contracts and followed deals through closing
- Used a real estate CRM (Podio, REsimpli, etc.)

Acquisitions Representative (Wholesale Real Estate)

Overview
DreamStone Properties is hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Representative to join our South Florida office. This is a high-performance sales role with a strong base salary, contract bonuses, and commissions designed to keep you paid while your pipeline matures.
This role is for closers who know how to build trust, follow through, and secure contracts consistently. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners considering a cash offer, representing our brand with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
Our office operates like a true sales floor: fast-paced, focused, competitive, and results-driven.
Compensation
- $1,000/wk + Commission on ALL deals
- Uncapped earning potential for top performers
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak with homeowners over the phone to identify motivation, timeline, and needs
- Build rapport quickly and guide sellers through a transparent, solutions-driven cash offer process
- Take full ownership of your acquisitions pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Secure purchase agreements that meet company investment criteria
- Follow up consistently with warm and long-term leads to convert them into signed contracts
- Accurately update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM throughout the day
- Educate sellers clearly on timelines, terms, and next steps to reduce friction and objections
- Collaborate closely with Transactions and Dispositions teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Participate in call reviews, training sessions, and performance coaching
- Identify objection trends or seller feedback and communicate them to leadership
No property visits required. This is a phone-based sales role.
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Previous wholesale real estate acquisitions experience
OR
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, or similar)
- Strong phone presence with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
- Proven ability to follow a process and close deals consistently
- Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail in CRM usage
- Ability to handle objections and guide sellers through emotional decisions
Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a strong plus
- Experience working with motivated seller leads
- Familiarity with sales KPIs and performance tracking
Schedule & Location
- In-office role (South Florida)
- Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Full-time availability required
