Fort Land & Energy, LLC is seeking motivated professionals to support land, title, and project operations across oil & gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a strong foundation in the energy business.

The Entry-Level Landman will work closely with senior landmen, land managers, and project teams to assist with title research, document review, data organization, and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with title research and document review in county records
• Support preparation of runsheets, ownership reports, and land summaries
• Organize and maintain land data in Excel, project trackers, and internal systems
• Assist with lease, easement, and contract review under supervision
• Coordinate with internal team members on active projects and deadlines
• Help ensure deliverables meet client standards and timelines
• Perform general land and administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Willingness to learn land terminology, title concepts, and industry practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
