One of Culligan’s fastest growing BUs in North America is looking for a dynamic business transformation leader who will help define and drive the BU strategy and turn strategy into reality in a collaborative, cross functional, roll up the sleeves, fast-paced work environment. This individual has the proven ability to quickly adapt and contribute effectively, to identify and prioritize problems using analytical skills, to generate collaborative solutions, to determine the best approach to execute, and support/drive implementation of best-practices across the BU. The role will work directly with Senior Leadership of the EDG Business gaining additional development and leadership skills.
Specific Job Function:
- Collaborate with EDG Senior Leadership to implement the 3–5-year Strategy.
- Driving and operationalizing Topline Growth and EBITDA initiatives.
- Leading/Supporting efforts in new growth areas and EBITDA improvement opportunities.
- Identifying gaps in actual performance and target and assisting in formulating and determining corrective actions.
- Supporting or leading PMO-related activities as an overall project/initiative leader or workstream leader/participant
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of EDG Business Systems to ensure that key initiatives are structured with actionable and quantifiable deliverables, designated owners, defined timelines, measurable targets/KPIs, and backed by robust project plans and adequate resources.
- Develop deep understanding of financial and operational levers that drive performance.
- Leverage data analytics skills to build leading indicators of financial performance with cleansed historical and real time operating levers. Based on model outputs, identify potential areas of risk for the business, driving action and prioritized mitigation actions.
- Be an expert/champion with regards to Culligan Strategy Deployment Process, SDP, and utilizing both SDP tools and Lean, Process Mapping/Optimization, Kaizen and Problem solving skill set provide on-site support to drive sustainable improvement on focus branches.
- Provide hands-on execution leadership of strategic initiatives, either through personal project management or the leadership of key internal and external resources
- Spearhead pilots, workshops and/or root cause analysis of performance issues with key strategic initiatives to ensure there is a systematic/sustainable path forward by team members to achieve targeted impact
- Partner with FP&A functions across the Culligan Dealer Businesses to incorporate strategic initiatives into the Budget and Forecasting process.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work on time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Finance
- 7 to 10 years of Strategy Deployment, Transformation Execution, and Financial Analytics experience in a PE or Consulting firm
- Track recording of building and implementing (end to end) strategic and operating lever initiatives.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills paired with business and financial acumen, broad experience, hands-on problem solver
- Previous experience in Consumer or Franchise based businesses is a plus
- Decision making skills along with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Proven skill in converting detailed financial analysis into digestible presentations
- Experience working with data from ERP and Consolidations Systems
- Experience in a multi-branch and business unit environment preferred.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Target Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 salary per year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
