Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in the Martinsburg, WV area, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment focused on helping students develop effective communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall development of the schools speech-language program

Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or appropriate School SLP credentials
Valid West Virginia Speech Language Pathology License
West Virginia Teaching Certification in Speech Language Pathology
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Position is based in Charles Town, West Virginia, serving K-12 students
