Seeking skilled professionals to support students in a school setting as a Behavioral Health Assistant, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Yuba City, California area. This per diem role offers the flexibility to control your work schedule while making a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy and academic support to students
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision
- Utilize ABA techniques and RBT protocols to assist with behavioral goals
- Collaborate with school staff and therapists to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection on student progress
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with BACB certification is required
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Health Assistant in schools
- Familiarity with state IEP programs preferred
- Bilingual skills are an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and educators
