Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers the opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting autistic students in a K-6 elementary school setting. The role is ideal for professionals with both autism and school-based experience who are passionate about fostering positive behavioral outcomes in young learners.
Location: Red Lion, PA
Setting: K-6 Autistic Support Classrooms (5 rooms)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 3:45 PM
Duration: School Year Contract (25/26 School Year)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students with autism.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor effectiveness of behavior strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to classroom teams regarding behavioral approaches.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable school policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Experience working with students with autism in school environments.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple classrooms and coordinate support services efficiently.
