Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Night Shift

Location: Bradford, PA

Schedule: 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)



Scope of Position


Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Bradford, PA. This role supports our manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability through effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.


The Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electromechanical systems across production equipment and facility infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.


Responsibilities


  • Adhere to and enforce all safety, health, environmental, GMP, and company policies
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
  • Install, maintain, and repair:
  • Electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures
  • Motors, generators, and control systems
  • Switchgear, transformers, and related components
  • Test electrical systems and components (voltage, current, resistance, continuity)
  • Maintain and calibrate instrumentation and control devices as needed
  • Monitor production equipment to ensure product quality and adjust processes when necessary
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support and train production staff on proper equipment operation
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications


  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology or Industrial Electrical certification from an accredited institution (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance electrician experience (preferred)
