Job Title: Receiving Associate - Warehouse
Location: DeForest, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
A pharmaceutical warehouse in DeForest, WI is hiring Receiving Associates to package, label, and process incoming veterinary products. In this role, you will help unload trucks, operate a pallet jack, complete receiving paperwork using AS400, and assist with order picking as needed. Most items are small veterinary products, though some packages may weigh up to 40 lbs. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments
- Operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Process receiving paperwork using AS400
- Verify incoming shipments and assist with inventory tracking
- Package and label veterinary products for distribution
- Assist with order picking when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Receiving experience (1+ yr)
- Experience with AS400 systems is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
