<p>Prepare and implement lesson plans for a class of 16 preschoolers. Direct two assistants to support classroom activities throughout the day. &nbsp;Manage classroom routines and structure consistently while providing a nurturing environment.&nbsp;Communicate effectively with parents as needed, including annual parent-teacher conferences. Collaborate with fellow staff members and promote positivity in school setting. &nbsp;Teaching hours are M-F from 9am-1pm, with the option to add 1-3pm MWF.&nbsp;</p>
