A rapidly growing, physician‐led multispecialty medical group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to provide leadership and high‐quality clinical care across post‐acute and long‐term care settings. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants to combine hands‐on practice with meaningful leadership influence.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership
- Serve as Medical Director for designated care settings
- Partner with Regional Medical Director to support clinical programs and quality initiatives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to medical staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operations, quality, and compliance
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness activities
Clinical Duties
- Conduct comprehensive exams and manage patient care in post‐acute and long‐term care environments
- Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Develop individualized, evidence‐based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies appropriately
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, and facility staff regarding care plans
- Review labs, sign clinical documentation, and complete regulatory paperwork
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- MD / DO / MBBS required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Geriatric Medicine
- General Practice
- Or other relevant specialties
- Eligible for medical licensure in MT
- DEA license & NPI (or ability to obtain)
- Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
