Job DescriptionOrthopedic Surgeon Opportunity – Central Indiana (Just Outside Indianapolis) w. MAKO ROBOT!!!

A well-established, independent community health system in central Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing, high-demand orthopedic service line. This is an employed model - not a partner track opportunity or private practice.

This organization serves as a regional healthcare hub, delivering comprehensive care across inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and specialty services. Known for its patient-centered approach and strong community ties, the system offers the resources of a modern facility while maintaining the collegiality and autonomy of a smaller, physician-friendly environment.

Position Highlights

  • Join a busy, established orthopedic program with immediate patient volume

  • Opportunity to focus on general orthopedics or develop subspecialty interests (especially joint replacement)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive base salary:

    • $650K–$750K for new graduates

    • $750K+ for experienced surgeons

  • Sign-on bonus & relocation: $50K–$100K
