We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Client Services Associate or Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will support high-level executives and teams by, overseeing client interactions, and facilitating investment-related transactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex client transactions, including preparing and tracking documentation for investments such as 1031 exchanges and real estate deals.

• Collaborate with title companies, exchange accommodators, and investment sponsors to manage investment closings and ensure timely processing.

• Assist with client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.

• Monitor ongoing client transactions and investment timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and clients remain informed.

• Provide proactive and responsive support for client inquiries regarding investment-related services.

• Facilitate internal communications for executives, including meeting coordination and administrative support.

• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to maintain an efficient and effective workflow.

• Uphold confidentiality standards for all client and firm-related information.

• Support executives in streamlining communication and managing priorities related to client services and transactions.

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in client services.
• Possession of Series 7, 66, and MN Life and Health Insurance License is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue securities licensing; candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to engaging with clients, executives, and external partners.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with investment advisory services, client administration, and capital markets.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
