Join our dedicated crew as a Scaffold Helper, where your support on the ground helps build structures safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in setting up and breaking down a wide range of scaffolding types, ensuring materials are passed promptly to elevated team members. You’ll also help organize and prep equipment for shipment, and keep the job site tidy, safe, and running smoothly from start to finish. This role involves traveling throughout Southern Virginia to support scaffold operations across various job sites. All travel-related expenses will be fully covered by the company
Is a traveling role across Southern Virginia. They have sights in Fredericksburg, Roanoke, Blacksburg, Richmond, Danville, Petersburg, ect. Would be paid for time in the car and for travel. Many helpers will carpool together or get into the foreman's truck and travel together. When travel to far sites, they will be told to pack for a few days, given an hotel room, and a 45 dollar a day per diam. Would only be expected to stay for 2-3 days usually. Will send a blast of the schedule to everyone so people will know where they will be heading for the week.
Must haves
-Be a hard worker and have a good attitude
-Previous expireence n construction, carpentry, or mechanical work
