Loads, unloads & delivers materials within or near work-site using forklift or other equipment. Counts and weighs materials or containers & records information on forms. May fill orders, package goods, load trucks, move stock within a warehouse or transport materials to and from production areas.Responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse (i.e. sweeping floors, cleaning up spills/broken bags/product messes), organization, etc...).

Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, move, and organize inventory.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order pickers and barcode scanning technology.
- Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organization and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies using basic math skills.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during load & unload procedures and when operating equipment like pallet jacks or reach trucks.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes such as order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory stocking.
- Excellent attendance and solid communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
