About the Role:
Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team in beautiful Charleston, SC! If you love crafting great drinks, creating memorable guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, including POS transactions and cash handling
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth bar and floor operations
• Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including inventory and restocking

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
• Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in South Carolina
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
