Job Summary:The Training and Document Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users of the learning system, including end-users, instructors, and content owners. This role supports the global quality training system and is responsible for managing training data, providing system support, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of LMS (Learning Management System) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing front-end LMS user support, including training assignments, registration, and issue resolution.
- Configure user profiles and training completion settings within the LMS.
- Conduct testing and execution of validation scripts to ensure system integrity.
- Manage training content, including creating and maintaining course records.
- Audit training data to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity; propose and execute clean-up efforts.
- Assist end-users with report generation or provide reporting support during audits.
- Support small-scale training or quality system projects as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with vendors or internal team members.
- Perform other duties as needed to support training operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in a training support or LMS-related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and data management practices.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capable of working across departments to influence and achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a regulated industry or within quality systems.
- Experience managing training data and supporting system validation efforts.
- Familiarity with quality programs and regulatory training standards.
