Administrative Coordinator (Data Entry)
Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Coordinator (Data Entry) for one of its clients in Wisconsin.
This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.
Location – Madison, WI (53711)
Length of assignment – 6 months (Possibility of an extension.)
Pay range: $18 – $20/hour on a W2.
Shift – Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
Job Duties
- Data entry into the program’s operating system (e.g., routes, volunteers, recipients).
- Primary phone coverage, especially during the 10 am–2 pm meal delivery period.
- Communication with recipients (mainly older adults), volunteers, partner food vendors, and insurance companies
- Assisting the volunteer coordinator with volunteer paperwork.
- Supporting the billing process, including calls to patients and other administrative tasks.
- The role is strictly office-based; meal delivery by this person is explicitly excluded to avoid additional liability and administrative complications.
Requirements
- HSD or GED Required.
- Candidate must be comfortable working independently for stretches of time.
- Strong data entry and administrative office skills (preferably with experience in a medical office setting).
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills, especially with older clients.
- Independent and proactive work style; able to function with limited direct supervision.
- Personable and adaptable; able to support shifting priorities and team needs.
