Each day, you will be expected to travel to your main work area which will be considered the onsite location of your customer’s factory. While onsite, you will work in either the vendor assigned area or in the cafeteria. Your main responsibility is to grow your account by creating relationships with engineers, technicians, and engineering management. You will be expected to create these relationships by inviting your contacts to lunch daily. Other daily responsibilities will include hosting Teams meetings, having conference calls, providing various services, and obtaining new leads.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
• Provide excellent customer service
· Sales Experience, inside or B-to-B
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player capabilities across multiple departments
• Generate leads, grow customer base, and increase sales
• Manage customer pump inventory
• Manage customer orders
• Develop a working knowledge of accounts
• Provide failure analyses
• Package and Install Turbo and Cryo Pumps
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must become knowledgeable of Turbo and Cryo product lines, industry terminology, and company operations.
• Energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of building sales and/or previous
customer service experience.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Existing local business to business contact experience a plus.
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Wiliness to travel to customer site for Visits, Instillation or trouble shooting
• Valid Driver’s License.
