Responsibilities
- Safety is a priority
- Proven leader with a great attitude to lead the team efficiently
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to perform all job duties
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery including pruning saws, chainsaws, and chippers
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
- Maintain trucks and equipment
- Report the need for repairs to truck and equipment to fleet management
- Reinforce job safety practices
Job Requirements
- CDL-A REQUIRED
- Experience in tree trimming and pruning
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Additional experiences of benefit, including but not limited to:
- License Certified Arborist
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
