Just-in Time Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. This position involves a variety of landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding

• Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees

• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters

• Assist with installation of sod, seasonal cleanups, and other landscape enhancements

• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Provide excellent customer service on-site when interacting with clients

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, occasional weekends during peak season

• Start times may vary depending on weather and job site
