Auto Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Old Turnpike Rd, Concord, NH- In Person
Compensation: $16.00- $17.00 Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Experience Level: Shipping/ Receiving Experience Preferred/ Inventory Management Preferred
As a Shipping and Receiving Associate at Sanel NAPA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory at the store level. Your responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders for delivery or customer pick-up, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will collaborate with the store team to uphold efficiency, organization, and superior customer service by ensuring the right parts are available when needed while keeping safety in the forefront. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Essential Functions:
- Prioritize safety and security in all tasks by adhering to company policies, using required safety equipment, and following hazardous materials handling and D.O.T. standards.
- Expedite the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments by unloading, inspecting, and staging products, ensuring proper labeling, safe packing, and compliance with standards.
- Stock inventory neatly on shelves to maintain organization, maximize warehouse space, and prevent workplace hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, lift gates, and scanners safely, performing daily inspections to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by disposing of packing materials and performing general housekeeping tasks.
- Verify and process customer orders, meeting accuracy standards and prescribed quotas for pulling, staging, and routing products.
- Serve as a backup Delivery Driver when needed, ensuring timely and secure delivery of customer orders.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism.
- All other additional duties as assigned, with safety, security, and operational excellence as the top priorities.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse/ distribution center.
- Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers and team by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
- Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure proper selection and delivery of parts, including identifying sequences of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.
- Have a well-groomed, neat appearance.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in a professional manner.
- Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting; be competitive yet work calmly under pressure.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
- Wear the proper personal protective equipment for each task, including, but not limited to, safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat, dust mask, etc.
- Regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, or handle objects, tools, and controls.
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs regularly.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel or crouch frequently.
- Ability to talk and/or hear frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors regularly in all elements.
