Exciting Opportunity for Radiation Therapist!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Unit: Radiation Oncology \n- Experience: 1 year required; first-timers accepted \n- Profession: Radiology / Cardiology \n- Specialty: Radiation Therapist \n- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) \n- Scheduling Type: Other \n- Orientation Hours: 8 \n- Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics \n- Number of Visits Per Day: 35 \n- Interdisciplinary Support: Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Unit Secretary \n\nCertifications Required: \n- BLS \n- ARRT T \n\nSkills Required: \n- Proficient in work settings including: \n - Adult Acute Care \n - Adult Outpatient \n - Pretreatment \n- Simulation of Treatment Sites \n- Beam Modifying/Positioning \n- Treatment Plans Supervision \n- Patient Care in Restraints \n- Emergency Cases Management \n\nTreatment Expertise: \n- Experienced with patients diagnosed with: \n - Benign Brain Tumors \n - Hodgkin’s Lymphoma \n - Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma \n - Kidney Cancer \n - Pancreatic Cancer \n - Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials \n- Treatments including: \n - IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy \n - Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) \n - External Beam Therapy \n\nSpecial Equipment Familiarity: \n- Elekta Infinity \n- Elekta Synergy \n- CRad \n- Mosaiq \n\nAdditional Information: \n- Open to accommodating block schedules at manager's discretion. \n- Locals accepted; pending licenses not accepted. \n- RTO restrictions apply and must be included at time of submission. \n- Guaranteed hours: facility may call off once per two-week pay period.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
