We are seeking a skilled Enclosure Foreman to lead projects within our Enclosure Department. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, support team productivity, and guide employees and contractors to deliver high-quality results. Some off-site travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enclosure projects and ensure all safety rules are followed
- Create work schedules for employees and contractors
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members
- Maintain quality standards and resolve onsite issues
- Read and interpret drawings/blueprints and communicate clearly with the team
- Ensure efficient workflow and project completion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or manufacturing (required)
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and use measurement/hand tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to assist others effectively
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform standing, crouching, climbing, and similar tasks
- Preferred: Electrical license in Iowa and prior foreman/leadership experience
