Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Aseptic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing glassware and medical components, performing aseptic cleaning and packaging, and maintaining aseptic samples in a cleanroom environment. The role requires adherence to GMP standards and involves monitoring process systems, performing preventative maintenance, and participating in safety committees.
Responsibilities
- Wash glassware and medical components using designated equipment.
- Work in an ISO-6 & 7 cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
- Perform aseptic cleaning and packaging of products.
- Maintain aseptic samples in compliance with GMP standards.
- Monitor process systems and equipment for proper operation.
- Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks; assist maintenance team as needed.
- Participate in safety committees and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Accurately complete required documentation for all tasks.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workstations before and after use.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Adapt to different processes depending on client/project assignments.

Work Environment
Work in an ISO level 6 & 7 cleanroom environment with gowning required for 6-10 hours at a time with breaks. This position operates on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2pm to 10:30pm. The role offers growth potential and opportunities for long-term career development in a growing company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
