Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students from 1st through 12th grade in a school setting located in Laurel, MD. This role requires expertise in behavior analysis within educational environments and the ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for students across grades 1-12.
- Provide direct BCBA supervision to RBTs to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor behavior intervention effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Proven experience working within school settings.
- Strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning.
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBT staff.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based at multiple schools in Laurel, MD.
- Contract role with a start date ASAP and an end date of June 10, 2026.
- Average of 35-40 billable hours per week.
