Work Schedule: 2-2-3, 2:30pm – 2:30am

Operator Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the production plant, including all associated equipment, such as receiving system, digestors, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems.
- Monitor process variables, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition, to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including shift reports, logbooks, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
- Completes a variety of paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, safety/security, and other paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Produce dry ice for scheduled orders.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and avoid downtime.
Requirements:
Operator Job Requirements:
- Possess good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems.
- Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.
- Timely responsiveness and follow-through.
- Strong attention to safety.
