Nationwide Transport services is a fast growing third party logistics company based in South Florida since 2009. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. If you have exceptional typing skills and are tech-savvy with office software, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Send out automated emails and text messages to customers and potential leads.
• Maintain and update customer information in company databases.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
• Work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office suite tools to manage and track communications.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor issues related to email and text automation systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize messaging strategies.

Requirements:

• Typing speed of at least 75 words per minute (WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
• Experience with email and text automation tools (preferred but not required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
