We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will play an essential part in a senior living and rehabilitation community, delivering patient-centered, high-quality nursing care to both adult and elderly residents within a family-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside care and conduct thorough patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments while closely monitoring residents' clinical conditions.
- Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, CNAs, social services, and families.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans that prioritize safety, comfort, and functional improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Adhere to infection control and fall-prevention protocols.
- Manage pain effectively and coordinate transitions of care, including discharge planning and education.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents and their families regarding care plans, medications, and ongoing health needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
