Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to a diverse patient population at a regional healthcare facility serving Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute communities. This 13-week contract role involves working at the main campus and satellite clinics, delivering pharmacy care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.

Location: Kaibeto, AZ

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7 on/7 off rotation (Wednesday to Tuesday)
  • Alternating Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 9:00 PM

Licensing:

  • No Arizona license required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care and medication management in alignment with healthcare center policies
  • Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Support the advancement through tier levels from Staff Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient departments as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist
  • Manage specialized pharmacy-based clinics and evaluate clinical services to ensure top-quality care
  • Oversee policies, procedures, and program administration consistent with organizational mission and values
  • Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations for designated clinics, supervising pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated pharmacy skills with experience in clinical and operational roles
  • Ability to work diverse shifts and adapt to various patient care environments
  • Leadership experience preferred for advanced practice and management roles

  • Shared housing available at $600/month, limited availability
  • Strict no family or pets policy in housing and facility premises
