We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively resolve customer issues. This role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting our customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.· Assist customers with processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges.· Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.· Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.· Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery.· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.· Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.· Exceptional active listening skills.· Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants.· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.· Must be able to remain calm and composed when dealing with our participants.· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.· A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility.· High School Diploma· Bilingual, English/Spanish not required, but highly favorable.· Must be able to pass clean criminal background check.· Must be able to pass drug screening with a negative result.
