We are actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support our long-term care pharmacy facility in Crestwood, IL, during the evening shift.
Shift: Monday-Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM with rotating Saturday work.
Compensation: $120,000 - $125,000 annual salary + full, comprehensive benefits

Role Description:
As a Staff Pharmacist, you are responsible for the accurate and timely review of medications being processed and dispensed at MMP. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a proven track record, experience, and industry knowledge to scale MMP’s operation and execute our transformation from a regional to a national LTC pharmacy provider.
This position reports to the Pharmacist Supervisor and is critical to the operational success of MMP. The position may require long hours and/or weekend work to fulfill position responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and identify prescription orders
- Verify prescription order entry in the computer system (PV1)
- Perform prospective drug utilization reviews
- Conduct final checks on dispensed prescription products (PV2)
- Communicate with medical and nursing staff via electronic, fax, and oral methods
- Meet productivity and quality requirements
- Assist with immunization clinics at community partner facilities as needed
- Lead by example and uphold CORE Values and MMP Behavior Standards
- Encourage teamwork and promote company philosophy
- Attend required company meetings
- Complete all required PRS compliance courses
- Be prompt and consistently able to perform required duties
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and patients
Minimum Requirements:
- Current, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacist License
- Long-term care pharmacy experience required
- FrameworkLTC/DocuTrack knowledge is a plus
- Willing to become Pharmacist in Charge (PiC) and/or take additional state licenses within 3 months of
notice if the company deems necessary - Current Immunization Certification
- Able to multitask and work under deadlines while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor
- Punctual and reliable in all situations
- Track record of proactively tackling issues in a timely and decisive manner
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that
satisfy multiple stakeholders of the business. - Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, ability to effectively communicate
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Willing to travel to communities to assist with immunization clinics, valid driver's license, and reliable
transportation.
