Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Inspection Associate to join their team. As an Inspection Associate, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring that products meet strict customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Inspection Asociate
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Pay Range: 13.00
Shift: 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday
What's the Job?
- Perform quality checks before products are packed for shipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Read and interpret process instructions and blueprints to verify product specifications.
- Review blueprints and specifications to compare with produced goods for accuracy.
- Record inspection results, summarize re-works and wastes, and input data into the quality database.
- Train production team members on quality control measures to enhance product excellence and safety.
What's Needed?
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Proficiency in safely setting up, troubleshooting, and operating equipment.
- Effective communication skills to relay status updates to team members and supervisors.
- Capability to meet production and efficiency standards consistently.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds and work for extended periods standing on your feet.
