Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services in a high school setting within the West Valley City area. The role entails serving three schools, focusing primarily on conducting evaluations for students. This contract position begins immediately and continues through the end of the current school year, with a schedule of five days per week and 30+ hours weekly.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Utah School Psychologist License required
- Experience working with high school-age students preferred
- Strong skills in psychological evaluations and assessments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for high school students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to interpret evaluation results
- Assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district policies
- Support student mental health services as needed
