Job DescriptionMedical Biller in Nashville
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Biller for our client in Nashville! We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of medical billing, including charge entry and claims submission. Please apply for immediate consideration, our client is hiring ASAP!
Job details:
- Hiring method: Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm
- Location: 100% onsite in Nashville TN
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Pay rate: $18-21/hour
The job responsibilities include:
- Performing medical billing and claims submission to different payers
- Mailing paper claims and submitting electronic claims
- Verifying medical records, claim reports, and other documents
- Resolving claim filing issues, including denials
- Updating patient account documentation and billing notes in EMR system
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess 1 year of experience in medical billing/revenue cycle
- Strong knowledge in insurance payer guidelines
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Medical terminology
- Prior experience using medical billing software/EMR system
Pay Details: $18.50 to $21.50 per hour
