Practice Details:
- Team Structure: Be part of a dynamic care team with three Physical Therapists and one Occupational Therapist.
- Facilities:
- Your own treatment room with desk and exam table.
- Access to a PT gym with advanced tools such as a zero-gravity treadmill and pediatric equipment.
- A wellness gym featuring traditional fitness equipment to support patients’ ongoing recovery and health.
Job Highlights:
- Integrated Care Model: Work in a collaborative environment alongside Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care.
- Outpatient Only:
- Focus on conditions such as cognitive challenges, autism, gait training, pelvic floor dysfunction, hand pain, and Alzheimer’s care.
- Participate in holistic treatment plans designed to address both physical and functional recovery.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts.
- No call required.
Volume:
- Up to 4 patients in the morning and afternoon, with limited evaluations daily.
