Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license, CCC required
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
- Commitment to delivering services onsite as virtual options are not available for this position
- Knowledge of IEP planning, progress monitoring, and documentation procedures within school systems
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy interventions
- Maintain detailed therapeutic documentation, progress reports, and IEP updates
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Monitor and adapt goals based on student progress throughout the school year
