Our client, a leader in precision automated machinery, is hiring a Systems Controls Engineer to design and integrate advanced automation and robotics systems. This role blends control design, PLC/HMI programming, and real-world implementation—you’ll see your work move from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
- Design automated systems around customer goals, safety, and space constraints.
- Integrate robotics, sensors, and control systems for seamless operation.
- Program and debug PLCs, HMIs, and robot platforms (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Kawasaki, Staubli).
- Test, document, and optimize systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate across engineering, service, and manufacturing teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in automated system integration.
- Strong PLC/HMI programming skills (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Robotics integration experience and understanding of automation safety.
- A problem-solver who thrives in hands-on, collaborative environments.
