We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in New Haven, Connecticut. This role is within the industrial cleaning industry and involves significant interaction with clients, primarily through phone calls. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, handle inbound calls, and assist with sales and telemarketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and handle any inquiries they may have
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all customer questions and concerns are addressed
• Assist customers with their needs and provide them with the necessary information
• Utilize telemarketing skills to promote our services and generate sales
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, updating records as necessary
• Follow a provided script to maintain consistent communication with clients
• Work efficiently to process over 200 calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer success or similar role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing solutions promptly
• Strong ability to assist customers by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns
• Experience in telemarketing with a proven track record of success
• Demonstrated skills in sales, preferably within the industrial cleaning industry
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage
