Your mission

Own the uptime and performance of automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment at our Timonium, MD site. You’ll assemble, maintain, and continuously improve machinery so Production can hit goals safely and consistently — all while meeting EHS and Quality standards.

How you’ll contribute

• Lead predictive and preventive maintenance activities; rapidly troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Facilities, and contractors to identify root causes and implement durable machine improvements.
• Fabricate and machine parts that enhance reliability and safety.
• Set up, calibrate, and test mechanical assemblies; verify performance with appropriate tools.
• Execute work orders and document precisely in the CMMS to build equipment history and drive data-informed decisions.

Team and location

This is an on-site position in Timonium, MD, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Fluent in technical documentation: manuals, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Physical expectations

• Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand for the entire shift; reach, bend, squat, and kneel as work dictates.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic PC proficiency; comfortable with technical drawings and work instructions.

Preferred background

• Experience with hazardous waste handling, industrial/manufacturing settings, and electrical work.
• Familiarity with injection molding and melt-blowing processes.

Schedule

A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays, is required.

Rewards

• Pay range: $32 - $36 per hour (good-faith range at posting; may be modified).
