Do you love working with kids and want to be part of a fun, energetic, and supportive team? At Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood, we’re looking for an Assistant Childcare Teacher who is ready to laugh, learn, and make a difference every day!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bringing energy & creativity to play-based learning with our Child-Derived, Teacher-Directed Curriculum
- Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space where kids can thrive
- Building positive connections with families and keeping them updated on their child's day
- Being a team player—collaborating with teachers to support classroom success
- Having fun! Because when kids are learning, we believe they should be laughing too!
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior childcare experience? Great! If not, a passion for working with children is a must
- CPR/First Aid certified? Awesome! If not, we’ll help you get it
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
- A positive attitude & strong work ethic
