Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A summer occupational therapy position is available to provide on-site services in a school setting. This role supports the Extended School Year (ESY) program, offering therapy to students during the summer months.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Contract (Summer Program)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (4 days/week, 6.5 hours/day, 26 hours/week)
Duration: July 6 to August 6, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students enrolled in the ESY program
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs
- Collaborate with school staff to support students' progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and communicate effectively with families and educators
- Participate in program-specific meetings and training as required
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience or certification
- Experience providing therapy services in an educational setting, preferably within an ESY program
- Strong understanding of pediatric OT interventions and education-related accommodations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia throughout the duration of the program
