Join our team as an Industrial Facilities Carpenter, where you will play a crucial role in constructing and enhancing office spaces within industrial settings. This position involves general carpentry work, including the addition of walls and diverse spaces, to meet the unique requirements of each facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry work within industrial facilities.
- Construct and modify office spaces, including adding walls and other structures.
- Utilize skills in framing, finish carpentry, and drywall installation.
- Work with metal studs and apply finishing techniques.
- Operate hand and power tools proficiently.
- Ensure all work is done with a strong emphasis on safety.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in construction, carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry.
- Experience with metal studs and drywall.
- Ability to read measurements and use basic math skills.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination and mechanical inclination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be conscientious about safety at all times.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time out of state.
- Ability to independently lift and carry objects up to 80 lbs.
- Capability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
- Possession of personal hand tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
