Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Walpole, MA 02081.
Term: Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 7 AM TO 3 PM &amp; 3 PM TO 11 PM.
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>State LPN license.</li>
<li>BLS/CPR required.</li>
<li>Must be Vaccinated</li>
<li>Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience&nbsp;in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor patients throughout their treatment.</li>
<li>Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.</li>
<li>Ensure that patients take their medication.</li>
<li>Assist doctors and registered nurses.</li>
<li>Liaise with patients' families. </li>
