Hiring: Remote CPA/EA – Full-Time, Year-Round (No Weekends)

Are you a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-performance business environment? We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented CPA or EA to handle bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax resolution for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a remote, full-time, year-round position.

Position: Full-Time Year-Round Remote CPA/EA
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for small businesses and nonprofits
Prepare individual and business tax returns (federal and multi-state)
Manage tax resolution cases, including audits, notices, and collections
Provide tax advisory and client consulting services
Ensure compliance with DC tax codes, including franchise tax, sales tax, and DC-specific filings
Collaborate with clients and internal team to deliver accurate financial reporting and tax solutions

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax resolution
Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax resolution
CPA or EA certification (required)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, writing, and client service skills
Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn other services we offer
